Deborah is the Executive Director of Queens Symphony Orchestra since 2016, and also the Administrative Director of the Martina Arroyo Foundation. She served as Executive Director of the Opera Orchestra of New York, Eve Queller, Conductor, from 2007-2017. For 28 years she worked for Sony BMG Masterworks, as Vice President for Artists and Repertoire. She is a singer and has a degree in Music from Hunter College. Her skills as Management Consultant has guided Encompass since 2018.
