Daniel J. De Siena is the Executive Vice President and Director of Design at Milo Kleinberg Design Associates (MKDA) where he oversees the project development, budgetary, and design standards. He is a founding member of the Council of Drawings and Prints and the Decorative Arts Council at the Cooper-Hewitt, and served on the nominating committee for the Smithsonian Institute’s National Design Awards. De Siena is a founding member for Green October, New York City’s first interior design environmental exposition and trade show, and a founding member of Green Design New York. He was instrumental in the development of the first environmental newsletter in the design industry, which has an international readership. He is a longstanding member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
